Introduction

If your current Polarbackup plan no longer meets your needs, you can upgrade to a plan with additional cloud storage and more features.

Only the admin user has the authority to upgrade the plan for a Polarbackup account.

How to Upgrade a Polarbackup Account

  1. Sign in to your Polarbackup web console as an admin user.
  2. Click the Upgrade button to visit the Upgrade page.
  3. Specify the desired billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly).
  4. Click the Subscribe button for the wanted plan. You will be redirected to a payment page.
  5. Complete the payment process and ensure you receive a payment receipt via email.
