Introduction

If your current Polarbackup plan no longer meets your needs, you can upgrade to a plan with additional cloud storage and more features.

Only the admin user has the authority to upgrade the plan for a Polarbackup account.

For further assistance, please contact the Sales team.

Sign in to your Polarbackup web console.
Go to the Upgrade page.
On the Upgrade page, new plans will be listed. Review them, decide which one you need to go with, specify whether to pay on a Monthly or Yearly basis and click the Subscribe button for it.
A new checkout page will be opened where you can complete the upgrade process and pay.
