Presentation mode

Polarbackup provides you with the ability to pause the backup while displaying presentations, playing games, or watching movies. All you need to do is to apply one of the following methods.

Method 1: From the Polarbackup software

1. Open the Polarbackup desktop software.
2. From the Polarbackup dashboard, click on Settings.
3. From the left panel, select the Resource Optimization.
4. Check or uncheck the box beside the Enable Presentation Mode option.
5. Save.

Method 2: From the Polarbackup website

1. Sign in to your Polarbackup online account.
2. Refer to the Policies tab.
3. Create a new policy or click on the Edit button next to the policy name you wish to edit.
4. Go to the Settings tab.
5. Check or uncheck the box beside the Enable Presentation Mode option.
6. Click on the Save button to save the changes.
7. Assign the policy to the wanted user.
