Why are the “Smart Selection” and “My Computer” Tabs Dimmed in Polarbackup Client?

This is due to the fact that you did not purchase Instant (Hot) Storage. To do that:

  1. Sign in to your Polarbackup account.
  2. Click on Upgrade.
  3. Determine the amount of Instant Storage that you wish to purchase.
  4. Click Checkout and your account will upgrade instantly.
